“The
solutions to our most baffling problems appear only when we’re willing
to reframe our questions.” Les Brown has been challenging men and women
to discover new approaches to their personal and professional lives for
over thirty years. Les is more than just an insightful change
strategist. He partners with his coaching clients, inviting them to
embrace change with personal integrity and professional accountability.
Les
has managed a successful coaching practice since 2003. His clients are
highly-motivated entrepreneurs from a broad range of backgrounds. He’s
also a writer and a regular contributor to Business Coaching Worldwide, the online magazine of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC).
Over the past few years, Les has been developing a program for
publication that introduces seven key strategies that are essential for
creating purposeful change in book and CD formats. In addition to being
a Certified Franklin-Covey Coach, Les is also holds a Certificate of Initial Mastery in Marshall Goldsmith Behavioral Coaching and also holds a Certification in Adele Lynn’s (A Different Kind of Smart) Applying Emotional Intelligence.
Les is an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC), and the Coachville Communities. Les has offered several personal improvement teleclasses through Coachville’s teleclass.com and through Planet Teleclass.
With over fifteen years of corporate experience, Les served as Executive Vice President of a mid-sized Northeastern manufacturing company. At various times, he was the lead in the critical business functions of Information Technology, Accounting, and Human Resources.
As a certified ISO-9000 lead auditor, he headed the 5-year acquisition
program for both ISO-9000 and QS-9000 quality certification. His
leadership was instrumental in transforming a 1950’s-era family
business into a high-commitment, team-based, 21st Century “tier two”
automotive supplier. Before entering corporate management, Les managed
his own software development company, building custom inventory and
order management software for small businesses.
Although Les has
spent much of his career in entrepreneurial and corporate leadership,
his primary focus has always been on the individual. During his ten
years in the active ministry, Les was recognized as a popular
speaker and was a sought-after spiritual counselor. He was also
involved in adult education on both the local and regional levels.
In addition to his various certifications, Les holds a Master of Arts Degree in philosophy and an Master of Arts in theology, both from the University of Ottawa.

Craig S. Gibson, Partner / Organizational Development Specialist
A graduate from
the University of South Florida, Tampa, FL with a Bachelor’s in
Arts, Craig went on to an initial career in federal government
service. He worked for a term on the staff of a Member of the House
of Representatives, for a White House sponsored conference and in 3
federal agencies. The last 15 years of his federal career were
spent in the areas of: training and development, and organization
development (OD). He has held positions responsible for: liaison
between federal agencies, internal OD consulting, identification of
business core disciplines and related competencies, and delivery of
nationwide training and development services across federal agency
lines. Recently, for four years, he provided OD consulting to a
cabinet level agency regarding the impact of implementing its first
enterprise-wide human resources software system. Craig holds
